Warm edge spacer automatic bending process
- Homintec uses a fully automatic bending machine, adopts the world’s leading CNC control system, with superior performance; CNC servo motor feeding and bending, aluminum frame size error ± 0.3mm, angle error after bending ± 0.3; can simulate the actual bending Graphics and pictures are real; automatically avoid joints and arcs between aluminum strips during bending and cutting, and automatically cut after bending;
- efficiency is doubled compared with ordinary bending machines. The use of bent aluminum strips and no connectors at the four corners of the insulating glass has excellent sealing effect, is not easy to leak air and water, and prolongs the service life of the insulating glass.
Fully upgraded high-performance warm edge
- Extremely low thermal conductivity, the thermal conductivity of the aluminum strip is between 260-270, and the thermal conductivity of the warm edge spacer is only 0.17.
It is about 1500 times that of aluminum strips; it reduces the heat loss of traditional aluminum strips and improves the energy-saving and environmental protection effects of building doors and windows. - It can increase the temperature difference at the edge of the glass to more than 7°C, reducing energy consumption by more than 5%;
- Due to its extremely low thermal conductivity, the anti-condensation is reduced from – 40°C to below – 60°C, and can reach up to – 75°C without condensation;
